Today, we discuss the Primary job circular 2025 |After a long time, the Bangladesh government has published a big job circular for job candidates. Under the Directorate of Primary Education, applications are invited from permanent residents of specific districts for the position of “Assistant Teacher” in government primary schools under the revenue sector.
This circular is open for the specific district, where the district list is Ranjpur. Barisal, Shylet, Rajshai, Khulana, and Mymenshing divisions — including all upazilas/thanas within those districts following the issued guidelines/instructions.

The age limit for applicants is 30 years as of November 30, 2025, with a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum age of 32 years, where applicable.

According to the Primary Job Circular 2025, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from any recognized university. For CGPA-based grading systems, candidates must have at least a CGPA of 2.25 (out of 4) or a CGPA of 2.8 (out of 5).
Applicants with a third division/class in any stage of their academic life will not be considered eligible.

How to apply online primary job circular in 2025
(1) Candidates must apply online. Application submission will start on 8 November 2025 (from 10:30 AM) and will end on 21 November 2025 (at 11:59 PM).
(2) Visit http://dpe.teletalk.com.bd
and follow the instructions to complete the online application form. After filling out the form correctly as per the given instructions and submitting it online, applicants will receive a User ID. Then, they have to generate and print the Draft Applicant’s Copy with the Unpaid status and verify all information carefully before final submission.
(3) Before making the final payment, applicants must carefully check all information printed on the Draft Applicant’s Copy. If any information is found to be incorrect, it cannot be corrected later. In such cases, applicants must reapply and fill out a new application form correctly. After doing so, they must print the new Draft Applicant’s Copy with the new User ID and verify all details again before final submission.
(4) After verifying the application form using the User ID, applicants must complete the payment process within 72 hours of submission using the provided User ID and Draft Applicant’s Copy to confirm the application.
5) After the application fee is paid, applicants will receive a User ID and Password via SMS on their mobile number. Then, by visiting http://dpe.teletalk.com.bd and clicking on the Download Applicant’s Copy option, applicants can log in using the given User ID and Password to download and print the Final Applicant’s Copy with the Paid status. The Final Applicant’s Copy must be printed and preserved carefully until the recruitment process is complete.
If the payment is not completed before the application deadline due to any reason (such as network issues), the applicant will not be able to make the payment, correct any information, or resubmit the form. In that case, a new application must be submitted when the next opportunity arises.
(6) Once the written exam schedule is finalized, all eligible applicants will receive an SMS containing the exam venue and download link for the admit card. Applicants can download and print their admit cards using their User ID and Password. No admit card will be sent by post.
(7) Applicants must ensure that the mobile number provided in the online application remains active during the recruitment process. All communications related to the exam (SMS, notices, and updates) will be sent to that number.
(8) According to the Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Rules 2025, the selected applicants will be appointed to schools within the upazila/education area they applied for. Applicants must be permanent residents of that upazila/education area. If it is found that any candidate has provided false information regarding residence or address, their recruitment will be canceled.
(9) All recruitment activities will be conducted according to the Government Primary School Teacher Recruitment Rules, 2025, and the subsequent amendments effective from 2 November 2025.
(10) Married female candidates can apply either from their husband’s permanent address or their father’s permanent address. However, they must choose only one address. The selected upazila/education area for application will be considered the candidate’s preferred location.
(11) If any false, incorrect, incomplete, or forged information is provided in the application, the applicant will be considered ineligible. If such information or documents are discovered at any stage of the recruitment process, the candidate’s application, selection, or appointment will be canceled immediately, and legal or administrative action may be taken against them for providing false information.
(12) Recruitment will be made on an upazila/education area basis. Candidates who are permanent residents of that upazila/education area will be considered eligible for recruitment to the posts in that area. If a candidate applies for an upazila/education area outside their own, their application will be considered invalid.
(13) The selected candidates will have to work as teachers in government primary schools under the upazila/education area where they were appointed. Transfer to another upazila/education area will not be allowed.
(14) Any form of recommendation or influence during recruitment will be considered disqualification for the candidate.
(15) Based on the results of the examination, the final selection of candidates will be made through a written, oral, and verification process, following the proper recruitment policy.
